San Juan Cruises offers the only whale watching from Bellingham, Washington and the only in the region to include a hot meal, and have a full bar available. We have a selection of several summer cruises, including a tour of Deception Pass out of La Conner, Washington. Private charters are also available.

Located at the end of Harris Avenue in the Fairhaven district, the Bellingham Cruise Terminal is the gateway terminal for the Alaska Marine Highway. This waterfront building houses the ticketing and docking facilities for the ferry that travels the Inside Passage to Alaska.
